Friday:
Arrivals, welcome
5pm Opening circle
6:30pm Dinner is served in the dinning room
8pm Yin relaxation Yoga & Sound Bath
Connection & a good nights rest……
Saturday:
Wake to the sound of birds,
Grab a tea & take in the valley fresh air looking out over the lake & sunrise
7am Join us in the Sunroom Studio for meditation & yoga
8:30am join us for breakfast
Free time for 1.5 hours
11am Sacred circle & activity
1pm lunch is serve, sit together out on the grass or dinning table overlooking the valley & lake….
Free time for a pool dip, spa, nature walk, nap or journalling…..
4pm Embodiment workshop
6pm Dinner is served
7:30pm Outdoor Fire Ceremony
Drum & singing circle
Free Dance!!!
Sunday:
Wake to the nature sounds
7am Yoga & pilates in the sunroom studio
8:30am Breakfast is served
10am Workshop Nature walk & Meditation
1pm lunch is served

3pm Closing Circle
